We accept online payments via Bocun, as well as on-site payments (cash or card).
All prices are listed in EUR, inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required for products at the time of purchase.
Pre-payment or deposit may be required for some services.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

Appointments can be made through our website via the Bocun platform.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours in advance free of charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee up to 100% of the service price.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or staffing issues.

Cruise experiences and onboard hospitality services.
Online booking and reservation management through the Bocun platform.
Dining, entertainment, and additional onboard services as specified in each cruise program.
Gift cards and special event packages (subject to availability).

All services and products are subject to availability and may vary by cruise program.
